- call ItemSetOnlyOwnerCanUse((ITEMGUID)_Item, (INTEGER)_bool)
Description
If _bool is 1, the item can only be used by its owner after this call. Otherwise, it can be used by anyone. The Owner of an item is the last character to have it in their inventory.
