Use Action Name

Use Action Parameters
- External Cause as Surface Owner: If true, the surface's owner will be the character using the item.
- Lifetime: The lifetime of the surface, in seconds.
- Radius: The radius of the surface, in meter.
- Surface Type: The type of the puddle to create.
Description
Creates a circular surface of type Surface Type, with a radius of Radius and a lifetime of Lifetime. If External Cause as Surface Owner is true, the character using the item will be the surface's owner.
