Description
Recon is a small remote utility to send console commands to the game/editor and view logging information.
This can be used on a localhost (same machine as game) or from a different computer on the same network.
Recon can be used in the Debug, Release and Shipping versions of the game (ingame console only works in Debug and Release).
It also interferes less with the game than the ingame console since it's not a debug UI.
